My Everyday Essentials (makeup only)

Hey guys! How's everyone doing? Wow it's been such a long time since I last updated. I'm just like that, when I'm into something I check it all the time, but when I'm not, I don't even remember it. LOL!

Today I'm going to introduce to you guys what my everyday makeup essentials are.

For my face products, I use these:

Stila illuminating tinted moisturizer in shade 01 (comes w/ Ulta's best of Stila set)--This is AWESOME for summer! I have really dry skin, and I LOVE that glowy skin (like the ones you see in the magazine). This moisturizes my skin pretty well, doesn't enhance my dry flakies, AND provide me w/ a little coverage w/ a little dewiness. I think it retails for $32, I know, kinda pricey, but trust me, it's worth it. However, I DO NOT recommend this to people with oily skin, since this would moisturizes way too well (hence, makes your skin oilier).

Coverblend by Exuviance concealer in beige--I use this religiously! This is my ULTIMATE HG! It's a knock-off of the much more expensive Dermablend concealer. This retails for $16.99 at CVS, which is the only place I've found it at. It covers SO well and I almost finished the current one I'm using (which is oh-so-rare for me). A must-have for EVERYONE!!

NARS pressed powder in Eden--I swapped for this b/c I don't really feel like spending $30 on a pressed powder. I use this to set my tinted moisturizer/liquid foundation. I'm glad that I didn't shell out the moolah for this one b/c it's not very pigmented, as in it doesn't provide that much coverage. It's a decent powder, but just not great enough for $30. However, the color Eden is a dead match for my NC25-30 skin.

MAC blush in Emote--I use this to contour my cheeks. It's so great! It's a very neutral taupe color. I was seriously lemming MAC sculpt powder, but since everyone told me that this is exactly like the sculpt powder. I wished I got a back up for this, cuz this is seriously awesome.

For my cheeks, I use:

MAC bronzer in Refined Golden--I really like this! It's doesn't make me look like a oompa loompa, but it's still pigmented enough to give me a really like summery tan. I use my MAC 187 to swipe on my temples, forehead, nose, under my cheekbones, etc. The shimmer in this is not garish, but just enough to get me a glow. Retails for $20, well worth it IMO.

Stila e/s in Rosebud--I LOVE THIS AS A BLUSH!! period! It's really gorgeous! It's a golden coral peach color w/ very fine golden shimmer. I LOVE THIS! It's very pigmented, and the texture is to die for. It has the quality of the usual Stila e/s, buttery and soft in texture and high pigmentation. A+! Retails for $18, but it'll last a LONG time!

The Body Shop shimmer wave in peach--This gives me that ethereal glow. The shimmer is VERY fine, and it's not really obvious. It makes me look like I got a really good night sleep. I've been using everyday for about half a year, but it still looks brand new...sigh.

For eyes, I currently use (all the e/s colors are in the quad w/ the blush in the cheeks picture):

Stila e/s in Chinois--HG matte base color! I also use this as a highlight color. It's very clean looking, and makes my brows look SO perfect! I love this.

Stila e/s in Sparkle--It's such a great antique gold color. I use this as a lid color. It's very sexy in a natural way. I have a lot of the e/s that are similar to this color, but its textures is what draws me in EVERY SINGLE TIME! HG!

Stila e/s in Java--A great crease/brow(for brunette) color. It's matte, but very soft and blendable. I love Stila products.

Stila smudgepot in black--My HG creme e/l for the past 3 yrs. I've used 4 pots already, I'm on my 5th one. LOVES IT!

L'oreal Lash Out mascara--It lengthens my lashes like woah, and it's very defining. It doesn't clump my lashes at all. However, I still need more volume, so that's why I use...

Covergirl Define-a-Lash Volume mascara (the pink one)-- It gives me the volume w/o the clumps. I'm on my second one.

I don't really use lip products, but I've been really liking MAC gloss in little pink. It's not the lipglass, but the one in the little squeezy tube (it's a pro product). It gives me a very natural pouty look. LOVELY!

Woah, that was a long post, hope you enjoyed it. Have a great day!
