Ladies and gentlemen...I think I've been bit by a spider...and if you didn't know anything about spider bites, all you have to know is: THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE! I got bit on my hand today at around 12pm today, and right now it's INFLAMED, RED, EXTREMELY PAINFUL, AND HAS A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PUSSY (is that how you spell it or am I just perverted?) PIMPLE LOOKING THING!!!
From what I've seen on Discovery Health and Google, although the bites are not lethal, if not treated correctly, most patients will need to amputate the wounded area or get extremely disfigured... I don't want to scare myself, but I'm SERIOUSLY freaked out... I keep putting 93% alcohol on it to sanitize the wound so no bacteria doesn't get into the wound and cause severe infections. Please cross your fingers that I don't come back looking that I've had sulfuric acid poured all over me...
On another unpleasant note, I'M VERY DISSATISFIED WITH EDM'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order 11 days ago, and according to their website, my order was "SHIPPED" 11 days ago. Guess what? I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING! Nada! Zip! I emailed their CS regarding the issue, wondering when they shipped out the package, because, according to USPS, the tracking number EDM provided wasn't really a tracking number, but it was a delivery confirmation number. The status on the USPS website never changed, so I wanted to know when they sent out the package b/c it never takes more than 5 days for me to receive it before. I emailed them 5 days ago, but so far, no answer. I tried live chatting with the CS online, but they couldn't find out when my order was shipped. WTF?! @%^$#&^#%@#$!
I've always had AWESOME CS before, but I feel like after they launched the new site, their CS has gone down significantly. It's probably due to the high amount of order they are getting, but that's no excuse for the poor performance at handling issues. In my opinion, if you were going to expand your business, you better be damn sure that you are ready for it, because customers (like me) are vicious. Last time when I ordered, I was missing a WHOLE kit from the package, however, they sent me one right away! That's what I call efficiency. I admit, I'm being a little too critical, but we've all been spoiled by the high quality CS, so we want the best, we EXPECT the best. I've sent them an email again today to cancel my order since it's taking FOREVER, so we will see about that.
On a happier note, I've made an appointment to get my hair done tomorrow! YAY! My roots need to get done like nobody's business, and I need to get a trim (maybe a new style?). We'll see! I still haven't decided what color I want, I'm a little bored with auburn/red. W/E.
