Thou shall not judge a book by its cover...

I learned that today after watching THIS. It was mind blowing. I had tears running down my cheeks when it was finished. I got the link from my friend and she said it was a "must see", right after I clicked on it I wanted to close b/c I was afraid that it would be one of those ridiculous American Idol sucky performance. I was wrong.

Now I'm deeply ashamed for my quick reaction based purely on how this person looked. This video proved that looks are very deceiving. You can be the most generic looking person and still have a talent so great it touches people. I wish her all the best in the future. She really deserves it.

Peace out.

ps. I will post more beauty-related posts tomorrow including the review for Sally Hansen's airbrush foundation. Stay tuned!

Before Susan Boyle starts singing, there's a girl in the audiences who made face when Susan said she wants to be a professional singer....... I'm sure the girl must be embarrassed by now LOL

Anyway I always love sweeping-off feet stories like that, hope she makes it far ^_^

I totally cried at the end of that. She seems like such a good person but unfortunately she seems to have been treated like crap her whole life because of the way she looks. That's so sad and unfair, and I hope that show turns her life around for the best.

I hope your pre-exam week is going well!

It's so inspiring, that someone like her didn't give up, and still came on the show to prove her talent.
