I think I busted my knees, more specifically, my left knee.
I heard a distinct CRACK when I was doing the wall lunges today. At the time it didn't bother me that much, it didn't hurt like I broke it or anything, so I just continued on w/ the workout. However, 30 minutes after I finished my workout, it's hurting like a mofo. It cracks everytime I move it. Although I feel a tiny pain in the right knee, I can definitely feel it in the left knee.
I don't know what I can do to ease the pain. I'm mainly upset because I dont' know if I can keep up w/ the P90X workout from now, I was doing so well too! I was working out every single day for like 1 hour each day. I don't know if my knee can handle keep up with that. I think I need to go see a doctor to make sure nothing's seriously injured...
